The longer my day goes, the worse I feel. Why?

Progressively over the last several months I've had odd symptoms of something I nor anyone I've seen seem to be able to find the cause of.
I wake up and feel fine in the morning, I eat a healthy breakfast and work most of the day from home. The longer the day goes on the worse I feel, my first 6-8 hours are never really that bad. Once I get to 8+ it progressively gets worse until I sleep again.
My symptoms are things like odd muscle contractions in various places in my body and a loud heartbeat, I can hear my heart in my ears just doing normal tasks, it gets much worse when I lay down, I've had a few times where it feels like the inside of me is shaking almost. But to an outside observer they don't seem to see anything.
I've heard everything from panic attacks to heart problems, but every Doctor I've gone to found nothing.
I'm 26/male 6'0 220lbs. I'm around 25% body fat and my blood pressure is normal, over 3 weeks it's never been above 129/82. When I was seeing multiple doctors the only thing they found was H. Pylori. possibly causing stomach pain, so I was treated and it only made me feel worse. It's almost 2 months since the treatment and the symptoms aren't letting up. I was retested and the H. Pylori is gone. While I don't feel stomach pain anymore, no other symptoms from my original problem have subsided.
I also had what I can only describe as an episode a few months ago, maybe a year...where I couldn't move my hands, and I had trouble walking for several days (as if my leg muscles just refused to work). Any help would be appreciated.

I've actually accidentally been doing blood sugar fasting which makes me feel a lot better. I stopped eating sugar all together and feel much better as well.

I will write down and bring in the suggestions to my Physician. I know when they took blood she said it was the best results she had seen in some one my age in 10 years. Will reply with results.
