What are these bumps on penis

Tiny white bumps on penis were found by wife of four years tonight. Never noticed them before. What is it? Pictures are on my photobucket account.

The picture isn't there anymore. But if the bumps are random, I don't know. If they are in one spot it is probably herpes. Don't be alarmed. It doesn't mean he is cheating. The virus can lay dormant for years. He could have gotten it years ago before he met you and not known it. It happened to me that way. It also doesn't mean your sex is over. You just can't do it during a flare up. Also before a flare up the penis will start to itch in a certain spot. There is a cream called Abreva. If you use it on the area when it first starts to itch, it will usually stop it from breaking out or at least make the break out time shorter. As long as you are careful and avoid sex before and after the flare up you will not get the virus. Also keep the area clean all the time. Wash daily with a antibacterial soap and keep the area dry. Use a talcum powder after a shower before putting your underpants on. I do that and have had years between flare ups. So it is not dangerous, just annoying. If you make a bigger deal that it is, then it will be a big deal. I have found that worrying about it actually can bring it on - seriously. Good luck!
