Worried about red patches/spots

I seem to have had several red patches on my penis shaft that have not gone away in the past month.  I have not experienced any blistering or any sort of puss/discharge.  There are also two smaller red spots on the head of the penis.  The areas do not itch but have opened tiny cuts when stretched.  Should I be tested for an STD...or is there something else I should be worried about.  Also, is there anything I can do to make it go away?

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a red mark at the top of the head on my penis and since then 2/3 more spots showed up. The next week i came down with a sore throat and the doctors tested me for strep and it was positive. I do not know if the two have any correlation. These spots do not hurt, itch, dry or crack. They are just there. I am in a long term relationship and we have sex with a condom most of the time. I am the only partner she has been with. Could this be a reaction to her, her birthcontrol, or a condom. i am really concerned becasue i have never had anything like this show up before.

I'm sorta concerned about the same thing
I've been with my partner for about 6 months and know that she hasn't had unprotected sex with anyone.
She went on the pill about a month ago and I noticed that I had red patches on the head of my penis after intercourse that seem to have come and gone
I intend on going to a clinic on the weekend but I'm still a bit concerned
they dont have any texture and arn't painful
what type of tests would they do aswell?
