Small Red pimple/spot on the head of the penis on the Coronal Sulcus. its not itchy,

i masturbate often, i am a virgin and never had oral or vaginal sex. i have a Small Red pimple/spot on the head of the penis on the Coronal Sulcus. its not itchy, but its there. i am 2 weeks in  and it has gotten less red but its still there. should i be worried? 3 months ago i had redness on the inside foreskin which went away after daily cleaning. i clean my penis often now. before the problem i use to wash my penis 3 times a month with soap, everyday with water. your insights are appreciated!
