i am male 22, and facing some kind of health problem as i wake up early in morning and go to my job place but while driving i always get to sleep means even with great efforts i am unable to get myself in normal position,i feel so dizzy and tired ,can't even open my eyes .i travel by car for just 15 minutes in morning and 25 minutes in evening.and every single time i fell asleep while traveling.i am working out in gym for last couple of days.my diet is not as good as it used to be aswell and as i am pure vegeterian so take only veg food stuff but dont know daily requirements of nutrition.i am sleeping daily 5 to 6 hours. please do help me and suggest me good veg diet as well.
