hair loss

I suffer from hair loss in the entire body (head hair, leg hair, chest hair and hand hair ) Is it a disease or a lack of a vitamins. i don't know the reason.  please answer me soon , i need your help, thanks

Thanks Nohard =) I didn't know that was a thing - I've never been to good at reading instructions, directions, and rules.

Kimo - I think you should visit a doctor sooner than later - they'll probably run a number of tests to see what is outside of normal limits - I'm not sure if your hair loss is partial or if those areas are now completely bald, but I think the objective is to stop the hair loss and restore hair growth if possible - I don't think this is something that you'll be able to treat on your own, diagnose without tests, or resolve with over the counter products.

thanks for your reply, i check but i don't think it is Alopecia, because the hair of my Eyebrows and beard are normal did not fall.

I'm not a doctor, and I wouldn't want to stir any alarm - however, there is a condition called Alopecia which can result in this, and I believe it is autoimmune.  I suggest speaking to your primary care physician to find a doctor that is qualified to treat and diagnose this, and perhaps check out http://www.naaf.org for more information.  I wouldn't consider it "written in stone" that you have this condition, but it seems to be the most suspect cause.
