How to gain weight !!

Hi,

I am 25 year old and I want to gain some weight, my weight is 50KG, but i want to gain 10 KG more. My Dr. has suggested me dexorange syrup, i took it for 2 months, but now as i am not taking it, again i don't feel hungry.

Can some one please help me out !

Hi A, Then you now need a life style change, I think the hardest thing would be a vegetarian try to put on weight, unless you eat loads of beans, but by doing that you become your own gas machine, and you would become friendless.
I think its time for you have a good look at your life style, to gain weight you need protein, and protein means meat?
You work it out.

I am vegetarian, so eggs is quite difficult task for me.

Hi A, Try this, start doing some body building, and as your doing this start drinking 3 pints of milk a day, and if know somebody who produces the own eggs, the last pint you dink of the day add 3 raw eggs to it and mix in, up your intake of carbs, this way with the body building, you should build muscle and this should give the 10 kilos you want.

Thanks for response, I am 5.5 feet tall, I need to build a body. I tried gym, but as i am thin my body has started taking shape and it doesn't looks good bcoz of thin body type.

Hi,
    Your thin body may be the result of your physiological make up. Many men start putting on weight after 25 years only and when one starts increasing one's weight, he would wish the other way. If you do not feel tired and able to do your daily routine without fatigue you should be thankful to almighty for your cute looks. In any case, taking balanced food and doing regular moderate exercise will maintain your body form factor  where it should be. Do not worry.

U can try cod liver oil capsule it increases appetite. Try to do push ups may be it is easier to put on muscles instead of fat .. Try to have a spoon of honey each morning :-)
