My anus hurts really bad when I poop and some times bleed, they are a redness in that area also.

It sounds like you may have hemorrhoids. See your Dr about this to find out if this is what's going on. Hemorrhoids are not uncommon and most can be treated with over the counter medications and a change in diet. Getting more fiber may help and so will stool softeners when you need them.
