pain at tip of penis

i have requent irritation on the tip of my penis. there is like a slightly darker raised rash around the bottom of the opening of my penis hole. sometimes it seems like its not even there and im imagining it but other times it seems real prominent. frequent urination. i drip after urinating. probably before. ive always had somewhat of a drip though. what comes out is either clear or **** looking seems to just be urine. (drink tons of fluid urine is often clear)itchy alot. pubic hair gets itchy balls itch. legs too. but **** it burns at the tip alot. doesnt hurt when i **** sometimes burns a little. sometimes i **** in excessive amounts. i had protected vaginal sex with someone. couldnt get it up and kind of forced an erection. when i woke up the irritation at the tip of my penis started continued now that was two weeks ago. have had sex since then but wasnt able to get an erection very easily. when i did i ejaculated before being able to penetrate. there was also a lump on my left ball that seemed to have gone away. it left kind of like a loose thick vein hanging off my ball. did not hurt. the tip of penis is not sore to the touch. the infection seems to be on the outside. it is causing me a great deal of discomfort. is it a uti or an std? i also had unprotected anal sex with someone who i know has no stds. im freaked out and in pain.

Do you know how your doc knew that you had a yeast infection?  Did he do any test or was it just based on appearence?

Thanks

I have that same pain but when the wife and I were trying to have another baby, I had all of a sudden got the redness at the opening tip of the penis and swollen alittle and it also began to scab close. I went to the doctor and no std's were there but it turned out that I had a yeast infection from the wife.
I was given a script. for a womens yeast infection, a one dose pill, and w/in a couple of days it was gone. no troubles since. two years. But one day it appeared and it sucks because i think it got irritated from dirty gym equipment and then grabbing my **** like guys do, you know, moving it around, shifting it into a better location in my drawers. Looks like I'll be visiting the dr. again.

Hey man read your post..I am experiencing the same exact thing-I am 36... this has been going on for over a year now and no Dr's can seem to give me an answer. I went to the Dr's for what I thought was an STD- all tests came back negative- now for the past 6 months the area around my ****-hole gets REAL RED and irritated- at times it itches like a MOTHER F**KER.. somedays it will be fine the next day horrible- what's weird is somedays I am fine then out of no where it gets real inflamed and swollen- At the bottom of the slit like you it's real "puffy" looking and swollen- like little bumps form around the bottom of the slit..I was diagnosed with having Prostatitis however this is not a symptom of prostaitis- again no Dr's can tell me what it is. I have been to 6 urologists, my general practice Dr as well as an STD specialist- when they examine me they look at me like I am crazy because they don't see anything- there are days it's very faint and there are days it's very noticable-  another symptom I have is at times it feels like someone is taking a nail clipper to the slit and clipping the skin- YEA THAT's PLEASANT !!!!  Also at times the head gets real flushed looking...do you have any of those symptoms???  Have you been to any other Dr's that gave you any answers?  Don't you hate it when the Dr's think you are crazy...
