semen analysis result

Here is my semen analysis report. Can you please help me in understanding it. Am I normal?

color - Grayish white
Volume - 2.0 ml
Ph - Alkaline
Liqu time - 20 mts
VISCOUS - normal
microscopic - microscopic
fructose - 258
pus cells - 6-8/hpf
epith cells - 4-6/hpf
RBC - Nil
others - nil
others - occasionaly 1 or 2 sperms are seen routine cover slip and centrifuged deposit

This problem may be due to blocked sperm carrying tubes, testicular defects, varicoscle of the veins connecting to testes, or due to certain diseases which affect the testicular health. A fertility doctor should be able to do required tests and come to a conclusion. Once the sorce of problem is known, treatment  will be possible.

Is there any possibility I can increase my sperm count? If so how longI need to under go medication?

As can be seen from your test results, the sperm count is very low. You need to repeat the test after a few days of abstinenece and if the results confirm, you have to consult a fertility doctor for treatment. Since a few sperms are available, it may be possible to improve the sperm count by medication, including herbal medicines, or treatment of the causuative diseases like diabetis, testicular varicoscle or some other disease. In any case, it should be possible to go for a simple IVF procedure, since some sperms are already available.
