thank you very much for your response
actully we've visited many hospitals. His MRI reports are all fine hes taking 'nerocap' and 'liofin' which are prescribed to him by the doctors of  P.G.I.
the doctors at pgi said that thrs sm problem in brain and research is going on for the treatment but they dnt knw the exact cause of the problem.they hav also recomnded sm exercises which i do regurarly but all is in vain. he has gone through so many medical treatments that he dnt want to go to any other doc anymore, even my parents have lost all hope and no one is taking initiative to take him to the doc.i'd also like to mention that hes gone through a herat surgey due to a hole in his heart but doctors say that the problem of legs have no connection with that
i jst dnt undstand wht to do but i cnt see him lyk this.
Any suggestions will do..
THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR CONCERN AND WISHES.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi and hope you are doing well.
Without a complete medical evaluation it may not be possible to detect the accurate cause of your symptoms. The causes could either be related to the spinal cord, muscles, nerves or central nervous system. Amongst the commonest possibility is sciatica. In addition to weakness there are other associated symptoms like tingling, burning or pain. Few other possibilities are neuromuscular disorders like myasthenia gravis which causes muscle weakness. In multiple sclerosis there are difficulties in coordination, balancing and weakness. A complete medical history, clinical examination and review of his MRI spine, brain and other tests are essential for knowing the cause. I will advise you to have a frank discussion with his neurologist about his disease and its prognosis. Do write to me again on how he is doing.
Best wishes and regards!
