I am trying to lose weight (belly fat to be precise) and for that I am struggling with my diet.
I used to have 3 brown breads + 1 fried egg + 1 cup of tea (with 3 tea-spoon of sugar). I figured it out that this is not the right breakfast. So after working out in the morning, I eat high-fibre cereal with 2% milk (no sugar) and eat 2 boiled eggs. But, whenever I have this breakfast, I get a headache which remains throughout the day .. :s
What is wrong i am doing here ? Can you guys help
P.S: I am 30 years old and I am trying to lose my bellyfat. I am trying to cut-down carbs with exercise and breakfast is my only main source of carbs. For rest of the day, I take little to nothing carbs.
