I have always been told that you want the pregnancy to feel like you're getting your period, but you never do.  They say the cramping/pain should feel like PMS.  But it continues a lot longer, on and off, like for days or sometimes even a couple or few weeks.  I have heard in some pregnancies that it can go on for the entire first trimester (fun).

Yeah, lipp06 is right I think, they say it is your uterus stretching.  You have a little person in there trying to borrow down and nestle in.  He/she is doing his thang!  Ah, the joys of pregnancy.

Take care.

I have always been a very crampy pg woman. I would not worry unless you are bleeding. If it gets severe give your dr a call and get checked out just to make sure everything is ok! Try not to panic I know easier said than done. Just relax you are going to make yourself crazy. Best wishes to you! If you need to talk I'm here!
