6 wks and no fetus only yolk sac

hello I just had a misscarriage about 9 weeks ago and found out that and now pregnant about 6 weeks, however i did not have a period after misscarriage. So I dont know my exact gestational time.  I went for my second u/s an still no baby, but now I have yolk sac, compared to first u/s, i dont know my current bhcg level, OB wants me to have another u/s next week. I had blighted ovum misscarriage last time, do u think this normal or I will misscarriage again?

I think with a blighted ovum its more of a chemical pregnancy, and there would not be a yolk sac.  At your next ultrasound you should see a fetal pole, and that means you are probably in business.  I think you have a good chance.  Best of luck to you, and congrats!

No one can predict the chance of You having a Miscarriage.
I would not be over worried though, if You only miscarried 9 weeks ago the pregnancy could only be early which would be reason to believe that it makes sense only the yolk sac can be sighted at the moment.
I think it will be fine. I wish You the best

I unfortunately don't know much about the blighted ovum thing, but I can tell you that I had a miscarriage 4/1 approx I think it was and 2 weeks to the day later I ovulated.  I am now 5 weeks and 3 days along :).  Some women ovulate sooner than others after a miscarriage of course and some women have a period while others don't (before ovulating next).  Since I know the day I ovulated it was easy to calculate my due date of 1/14/11.  The doc originally was trying to call cycle day 1 the day my hcg began to drop, but we ended up calling the first day of bleeding with my miscarriage cycle day 1.  Then it was on day 14 that I ovulated and got my bfp 10 days later.  I'm happy to explain further if this doesn't make sense...Good luck! :)
