Anybody else had sharp dragging pains about 4 weeks after misscarriage

I lost my baby at 9 weeks around a month ago, ultrasound confirmed a complete miscarriage last few days i have been noticing signs i may be about to have a period, but i have got this sharp dragging pain lower right abdomen, i have had 5 previous miscarriages and don’t recall anything like this before, i had my apendix removed in childhood so it’s definitely not that, just a bit anxious as to whether or not this is normal

I'm very sorry, first of all, to hear about your miscarriage and that you've had 5 others.  Gosh, that's hard.  Are they giving you any answer as to why you've had so many?  Why I can tell you not to worry about the pain, its unusual for you.  So, give your doctor a call and let the know about it.  hugs
