Scared worried 3rd pregnancy last two miscarried :( 6 weeks 4 days help mommas ??

Found out were we prego on valentines days witch was the best valentines present in the world . I'm 6 weeks and 4 days I started bleeding yesterday and have continued on today sometimes there's a lil faint cramp type thing but nothing huge . But other times i feel a lil flutter type thing I called my doc and they told me to keep a lot of liquid and rest . I have a doc app on march 11 I'm scared I'm might be goin through a miscarriages again this would be my third one . The last two broke my heart . Tore me to shreds me and my fiancé both . There's nothin more on this world that we want than to be parents ... I just don't know what to do ?? Doc also said to keep taking my vitamins .? I still have sore tender breast and I'm still tired as I sit here I fill lol flutters . Idk what to do or think I just know I really want every thing to be ok I feel like it me that's doing something to cause my baby to miscarry . When found out this time I quit smoking cig . Cause I know that does more harm to the baby but I read on here that I'd you quit cold turkey it can harm the baby worse ??? I had no idea I'm so worried ?? Please someone tell me you ever been through this or experience this ???

The best i recommend, bed rest try to stay off your feet., and dont carry heavy stuff Not even grocery bags..bleeding its normal in some pregnancys but if u pass blood clots you should go to the emergency room
