CONCERN WITH FETAL AGE

I am 12 weeks pregnant according the  caculations. I had my first U/S and the tech told me the fetus is very small. She asked if my LMP was correct and if I had any bleeding or cramping. I know my LMP and NO to the bleeding and cramping. She told me the fetus is 7 weeks. My question is should I be very concern with this and is there a possible chance I miscarriage?

Have you been booked in for a follow up appointment?  I had a scan at 12 weeks and was asked the same questions as you.  The fetus only measured 7wks and 3 days and there was no heartbeat.  I was told there and then that it was a missed miscarriage.

If you are 100% sure on your dates then it doesn't sound too hopeful - I hope I'm wrong.
