Can this be a possibility of misscarage #2

Possibility of misscarage #2. I'm devistated. I hate waiting but they told me I have a tilted uterus and it's hard to see if there is a baby in the sac. No heart beat. I have to wait until next week to know. This will be my 4th u/s. I had a possitive preg test mid September. I have been feeling a pain in my right side kinda like when your ovulating or before a period-soar like after you've pulled a muscle. But not all the time, just when I'm standing. I went to work today, I think I over did it cuz now I'm really soar. But, no bleeding-whatsoever. I don't know what to think, cuz my last miscarrage I bled like a period. Help! Am I having another misscarage or has this happend to anyone else? Will keeping my feet up help cuz it doesn't hurt anymore when Im laying down for a while.

Ya about 7-8 weeks. I was at work seminar on Saturday, sitting down with my feet up on a second chair. After a few hours I got up to use the restroom, and I started spotting so I left. Come home put my feet up and it stopped. I'm trying to be possitive, but my doc told me that putting my feet up wouldn't make a difference. I think it does.
