Can it be a miscarriage?

HI, im about a mounth preg and i got a sonogram done and they seem not to see the baby or hear the heart. I got blood test and the numbers are going up indicating the preg is going "well". I havn't had bleeding or passed any type of tissue. What can it be to early to see the baby and hear the heart or can it be a miscarriage?

i agree with the person above. if you are really only 4 weeks pregnant it in normal to not see much or hear as heart beat on an ultrasound.

It is very early and if you are infact only a month pregnant you are in good shape.  heart beats as early as five weeks but sometimes later, some people dont hear heart beats until around 8-9 weeks.  I don't expect that the will see anything until about 6-9 weeks either.

Don't worry yourself at this point you don't have any bad signs so think positvely.
