i just had a miscarriage after six weeks of begin pregnant, what do i do to get pregnant again and how soon?

I had a miscarriage on June 25th I was 8 weeks and I got pregnant 3 days after stop bleeding I was not ready emotioanally and more less physcally right now I'm having a lot of health problems. Right now I'm 23 weeks and I'm having a girl but I have a complete previa placenta I just started bleeding and it scared me to death so I went to the hospital and now I have to stay in bed rest until I have the baby if I continue with the heavy bleeding I have to go back to the hospital and stay there until the baby born. Now if you are ready emotionally and Physically I will say go ahead. Good luck with you desicion

I had a miscarriage as well, had the D&C done on Nov 30th.  My dr told me 3 cycles, but said it was for emotion reasons.  Most people have told me to wait at least one cycle to try, it gives your body a chance to make sure everything is out, and also a more accurate due date.  Personally I'm going to try once I get my period, I can't wait 3 cycles and still be sane.

Time to wait varies from Dr. to Dr.   Mine always said to wait one full cycle, but I know many say two or three is better.  You may find your cycle to be a bit irregular for awhile, this is normal after a loss.  It is typically best to go with your Dr.'s advice as they know your history best.  I'm sorry for your loss and wish you well.

Hi, I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago, I was 9 1/2 wks pregnant, i'm sorry for your loss. I am currently waiting for my 1st period which I'm hoping will be in the next few weeks. we have been told to wait 2 cycles but we are thinking that after my first period arrives just let nature take it's cause. I had an u/s and everything was back to norm and no clots or anything left, have you had the all clear?
