I'M PREGNANT ONE MONTH AFTER A MISCARRIAGE

I HAD A MISCARRIAGE ON NOVEMBER 16TH.  IT WAS CALLED A CHEMICAL PREGNANCY BECAUSE I WAS ONLY ABOUT 4 1/2 WEEKS. (BASICALLY IT WAS LIKE GETTING MY PERIOD 5 DAYS LATER THAN NORMAL. NO CRAMPING AND NO D&C NECESSARY.) NOW IT IS A MONTH LATER ALL LAST WEEK HAD SLIGHT CRAMPING LIKE I WOULD BE GETTING A/F.  TOOK A TEST AND I'M PREGNANT!  I'M EXCITED, BUT SLIGHTLY NERVOUS THAT I COULD MISCARRY AGAIN. ALWAYS NERVOUS WHEN I GO TO THE BATHROOM THAT I MIGHT SEE BLOOD.  HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?  ANYTHING I CAN DO TO INCREASE CHANCES OF NOT LOSING THIS ONE?

I had a miscarriage on July 9th. It went on for two weeks, after I stopped bleeding my husband and I started having sex again. Today is Aug 17th. took a pregnancy test and it came up POSITIVE! I'm happy but at the same time worried. That was my first miscarriage and I'm nervous. Because my period did not come I have no clue when my DD will be. I just pray I have a healthy baby!

i had a miscarriage on july 16th--dpo 8 weeks, but i don't think it grew past 5.  our doc said to wait 1 week for the bleeding to stop (i took cytotec) and then to give it our all!  i had read all these posts and articles about waiting, and i grilled her thoroughly about whether or not there's a need to wait, dangers in not waiting, she said it's all nonsense.  miscarriage is a totally natural and extremely common part of trying to conceive (society really needs to put this message out there more for women).  that being said, i did not have a d&c, so i don't know if that changes the equation.  we have been just enjoying each other's company--not trying per se, but not using protection either.  whatever happens, it's up to the powers that be.

Hi Ladies,

It's really inspiring to read these stories. I miscarried on July 31st and had a d and c on August 3rd. Doctor told me to wait until I have had 1 period before I start to try again. I am still having light spotting but I have read so many conflicting views wrt to the waiting period. I just can't wait to try again but also have the fear of miscarrying again.

Is there anyon who had a full term prg after a m/c without waiting for a first period?

Hi ladies, I'm new to this and very hopeful after hearing these stories. I started to think I was crazy, because nobody understood how it felt. I miscarried the beginning of June. I was 8 wks pregnant, but the baby stopped growing at 6 and there wasn't a viable heartbeat. I was very bummed because that was my first pregnancy. I had a natural m/c, bled for a week. Finally got AF on July 16th. Dh and I tried again pre-ovulation and day of. I'm now 8 dpo and the only thing I've noticed is I'm very nauseous, tired and bloated. Hoping this isn't just AF symptoms, I have another week to go. I hope its a BFP!

well I got a positive pregnancy test yesterday but still need to be confirmed by the doctor!! That's twice in two months now and three times since January. I'm very hopefull that this will be the one. I've got no underlining conditions or anything that should cause complications but it has happned twice already.
