Just went to the hospital extreme abdominal pain week before period noticed a few days spotting than stop last few weeks pain nausea can't hold food down major pain now I suffer from fibromyalgia rheumatoid arthritis and gerd degenerative disc disease so I thought it was maybe a flair woke up still pain that felt like when I had endometreosis so my husband takes me the hospital take a test I'm still bleeding both urine blood positive for pregnancy my tubes been tied for nine years In shock disbelief I'm married so happy but just overwhelmed they say they baby so small it can't be seen where it is by the tech transvaginal she says its so thick from where they endometreosis was so  I'm limbo is there a baby or not then take me back to my room Dr says I miscarried?? Even though no big clots every thing positive just go see the ob on Tuesday I'm lost hurt sad confused
