Hi, Thank you for your reply, it really helped, I think its hormonal change, will keep you updated, have an appointment with my Gynae Monday.
Take care.
Well, it is possible, however it is unlikely. MOST of the time it takes a few weeks post d&c or pregnancy loss to ovulate again. So in your case, you would have not only had to ovulate almost immediately following your d&c, but would be experiencing symptoms immediately post conception. So in 8 days since your D&C, you would have had to ovulate, go through the implantation process, then be experiencing symptoms. As I said, nothing is impossible, it's just not likely. What is more likely is that your body is going through hormonal changes that often take place after a pregnancy loss. It is also possible that some tissue was missed during the d&c (not common, but does happen) that is causing these symptoms.
As for your question with regards to conceiving before a d&c? That is also not really possible. Prior to your d&c, it is likely your body still thought itself pregnant and therefor you wouldn't ovulate. Also, a pregnancy would not survive a d&c. So there is virtually no chance of this being a pregnancy that was conceived prior to the 18th. So again, I suspect it more likely you are experiencing pregnancy like symptoms as a result of hormonal imbalance/changes.
But, as I said, I would never say impossible. If you do suspect, the best way to get a definitive answer right now would be blood work. If positive, they would want to do a second to ensure your levels are rising, and therfore a new pregnancy as opposed to an incomplete d&c.
I'm sorry for your loss and wish you well.
