early misscarriges

hi im 24 years of age and on the 8/4/2010 i found out i was pregnant.two weeks later i discovered i had a brown discharge so i went 2 hospital.they said i was ok so they booked me in 4 an early scan 2 days later.well on the sunday i started spottin blood so again i went bk 2 hospital.they assumed i was ok and told me 2 wait 4 a scan..so i went ome went bk the next day and they told me ther was summet but told me id lost it.within a week if i didnt *** on 2 go bk.so i went ome in distraught it was my first two days later i lost sum tissue so i foned the doctors they said if i do another in another week n its still positive 2 go bk its been 2wk 2days and the test still cuming bk positive.my heads all over the place and no 1 is giving me any information.me n my partner still hav unpretected sex but doctor said that wouldnt intervean anybody got any information please please get bk 2 me many thanks .....

Did they do a DNC on you? I just had an early miscarriage but my levels were still up and showing I was pregnant for six weeks after they had told me it wasnt a viable pregnancy. I would go to your dr and get them to so some more blood tests to see whats going on.

many thanks 4 the info love my mum says the saame im tryin not 2 get my hopes up and just wondering why its takin so long 2 go neg.my fingers r crossed and hope 2 see my doctor 2morrow as i want answers or sum kind off settlement i have lost sum tissue wen they did an early scan 2 days later i was in pain 4 at least 5hrs.i fort that was the tissue.but cnt help thinkin hows the test after 3wk cumin bk pos many thanks conni ;;;;

There was actually someone on here not to long ago talking about how, I believe it was her sister in law, had a miscarriage and went for a follow up and there was another baby that was alive and well.  I suppose it could be possible you had twins and only one didn't make it.  I'm not sure, but maybe if there is still tissue in there that didn't all come out, that may be able to affect the test?? I would ask your doctor for sure!
