Whats Happening

I cannot believe this!  We are 6.5 weeks pregnant, just heard the heartbeats of our twins on Monday. My numbers have been great and the heart rates were fine. However today while at work i started cramping and when i went to the bathroom, i was bleeding. Not terribly heavy, but there was a flow. Then within seconds, a large sac fell out! I cannot beliebe this. Obviously i am thinking that i miscarried but truly not sure. I called my doctor and will be heading there tomorrow morning. I am cramping and not too much bleeding as of now. Can anyone lend me some advice?

my heart fell when i read that your twins are ok, i just wanted to tell you congrats! and wish you the best with the rest of your pregnancy!!!

thank you for your thoughts and sharing your experience. I went this morning to the dr expecting not to see anything.Much to our surprise, both babies were there beating away, stronger than monday. they actually had grown a bit. The dr did notice alot of clotting on the ultrasound. The sac that fell out could be from the 3rd embryo that was transferred and did not make it. still spotting but i guess we will wait and see what happens.

thats exactly how i miscarried, it's a possibility you may have lost one or both of the twins although a bleed at 6 - 8 weeks is common and some women go on to have a healthy pregnancy. the waiting to find out if i had miscarried nearly killed me i had to wait 10 days beforethey would scan me. i had a scan 2 days before my misscarriage which showed a healthy baby and heart beating but i haemoraged from the preg sack causing my miscarriage.

I'm so sorry you are having some problems. I'm surprised your doctor advised you to wait until the morning to get seen. I would go to the emergency right away.
I just had a miscarriage as well. Had NO pain, just started bleeding. I would go get some answers now. I hope everything is ok. Keep us posted.
