When should I worry?

I've had three miscarriages and no full term pregnancies. One of the miscarriages was a missed miscarriage. Im currently ten weeks pregnant and I've been cramping for a few weeks. I am also tender on my lower abdomen. Should I go to the er? No doctor can see me til next month..

It's a really good sign that you aren't bleeding.  I'm fairly certain that cramping is normal....the uterus stretching.  Too bad you can't be seen any earlier....not that I think anything is wrong, it's just for peace of mind, you know.  But I really do think it's normal to cramp and nothing to worry about unless you start bleeding or are doubled over in pain.  Best of luck to you and your little one.

I'm sorry about your losses.  I've had 3 m/c as well with no live children.  I am surprised your doctor isn't following you after having had 3 losses.  I know cramping can be normal, so everything may very well be okay.  But if this is really worrying you, then I'd go ahead and go to er and get checked out.  At least then you'd have some peace of mind.  good luck and keep us posted.

first i am surprised why your doctors are not running any tests on you in the first place. three miscarriages means you are having recurrent miscarriages in which case doctors actually try to see what could be the cause. they should have been doing blood tests and early scans etc on you.
Have they told you what is the cause of your early miscarriages? second if you are concerned you should ask them to do an early scan and do your bloods as you are in high risk of miscarriage. however stay calm read your body. because when you have problem your body gives you signs and you should be familiar with these signs as you already have been through this. if you think its again same thing coming up go to ER.
