cramps during pregnancy

hi there im probably being paranoid but i have had two miscarriges before and i am now getting some cramps in my lower abdomine but only on my left side is this normal i am 10 weeks pregnant. also i havent had any morning sickness at all this pregnancy?

I researched this quite a bit and it is very normal. Your uterus is expanding which causes a crampy, stretching feeling.  You will probably be feeling this for awhile. It's a good sign, as long as you are not having severe cramping with bleeding!

No sickness? Lucky you. Cramping is normal the further along you get, it's just your uterus expanding, don't be worried unless your bleeding as well.
