I'm sorry you are going through this. I had my last m/c in sept of last yr and I felt dizzy and went to the er I had my first hcg draw and it was pretty low for being 5 1/2 wks. I went back and had them drawn and they went up only 30 numbers and then 3 days later I lost my baby in the er. I have had 6 m/cs and they have all been very different for me. I know that a normal healthy pg can start out having low numbers but at some point they begin to double etc. I would go back and have another blood draw. As for symptoms you are having if you are experiencing a m/c or will be your body can take a few mos to get back to normal and to release the hormones and your cycle may take that long to regulate. A miscarriage is very traumatic not only on you but your body too. Try to get as much rest as possible and stay hydrated. I would def follow up with your dr and find out what your next step is. Best wishes to you.....

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It sounds similar to what I am going through now.
It is your hCG level that they say is going down right? If it is, then yes from what I know you most likely are going to miscarry. My doctor said it is always bad if your hCG level keeps going down.
How far along did your doctor say you are? And why haven't they done an ultrasound to see whats going on. I would demand one. Also are you still bleeding? Or it has completely stopped?
I am going through the same thing, I started spotting. Then it got a bit worse, did an unltrasound and they couldn't find the heartbeat. Blood work shows that my hCG level is going down instead of doubling like it should. Some days I don't bleed and some days it is heavier. I am scheduled Friday to have a D&C.
