Sad loss

Hi, I had a miscarriage about 2 months ago I was 8 weeks pregnant I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks. It was a very big shock because I have PCOS and I have been told that I won't be able to fall pregnant without the help of medication. I was in hospital on and off for 4 days when I was losing bub it was the worst pain and feeling I have ever had even the thought of me not becoming a mum. I was just wondering if it is "normal" to be scared to be intimate with my partner again I'm scared of falling pregnant even tho we use protection and I'm on the pill. It still scares me to think it could happen again.
I would like to hear your stories as well
Thanx xxx

It is hard to not think about it. It is always on my mind no matter what I do. I am on the waiting list to have the IUD put in so hopefully when I have that I won't worry

Everyone deals with it in their own way and anything can be normal.  I think if you are scared you should think about combining methods or trying another method that might be more effective.  Ultimately though, worrying about something that hasn't happened may all be for nothing and it can be harmful to you to stress about it.  I'm one to talk though!  I'm upset when I'm not pregnant, and  I'm upset thinking about getting pregnant and it not sticking.
I really have to learn to relax!!
I hope you can work through your worries.
