sudden loss of symptoms

Please help. Im 4 weeks pregnant after a m/c 5 weeks ago. I hadnt had many symptoms, just sore boobs and infrequent nausea. My boobs today arent as sore as they were and im worrying it might happen again. Could this be something else? I really need some hope. Its playing on my mind

Thank you :). They just fluctuate between how sore they are now. I really hope that this is the one!

And according to my dr it is not unusual for your breast to stop hurting once your Jody has adjusted to the hormones

With all 3 if my pregnancys my breast hurt but only for about 2 weeks then it went away. It was always my first symptom that would lead me to believe that I was pregnant and site enough I was. Then it would go away

I wouldn't worry about it yet it is not uncommon for symptoms to come and go
