It's not the greatest problem in the world, but I decided to join this website to maybe learn some things about myself that I don't know about.
I have known this for a long time, but have had no idea why: my mood is quite literally based on the outside weather.
When it is sunny and bright, I am upbeat, hopeful, and truly feel great and good.
When it is raining or just cloudy, and/or dark, I feel quite down and depressed, and pretty negative.
At night (when it is fully dark) I feel normal, neither upbeat or downtrodden (I guess at night there isn't really any visible weather).
Why is this? My 'problem' isn't like other people, in the sense I know almost everyone likes and feels good in sunshine - with me, I will feel EXTREMELY good in good weather and often EXTREMELY bad in bad weather!
