Does anyone know what DMD's, if any, that can be taken safely by people with seizure disorders?

I agree with both Jen and 2P.  The four DMDs are not associated with causing or allowing seizures.

I have heard that the new drug approved for use to help improve walking in MS patients can prompt seizures.  I haven't seen any cautions about lowering seizure thresholds with Copaxone (the DMD I take).

DMDs are drugs that 'modulate the immune response.'  Some make your immune system less reactive.  Some distract the immune system from attacking the myelin.  So a seizure disorder wouldn't interfere with these drugs, as far as I know.
