Anyone experience symptoms in the girlie parts?

Over the years, I've had these interesting and sometimes painful sensations in the girlie parts internally and externally. Internally, I get this awful spasm that refers pain into the groin area on one side. It was so painful this last month it actually woke me up from sleep in the middle of the night. But lately, that same area has had a sort of buzzing sensation inside. It lasted for four days and is now finally gone. Other times, there have been these incessant twitches.

I've had all kinds of gyny tests and nothing shows up.

I had a spell a couple of years back that came on like classic kidney stone pain. I waited through the weekend to keep from having to go to the ER and showed up at the clinic doorstep on Monday morning in severe pain. They sent me to the ER. LOL. I was so mad.

Then when I got there, they treated me like a drug seeker and left me in so much pain my blood pressure was HIGH. I have low blood pressure. They did a $5000 CT scan, and gyny exam to look for ovarian cysts, and found nothing. Three hours later I finally came out and asked for something for the pain.

The nurse came in and gave me a shot of duladid and said, "this will give you a nice little buzz. I hope you have a ride home."

The duladid knocked out the pain and it never came back. The next day I had the pain radiating into the groin area (same one I get every time), and that was it.

The diagnosis was kidney stone as per my regular doc. It might have been. We may never know. It happened the year before too, only not severe or long lasting enough to make me go to the ER.

Nice to know we're not the only ones that are experiencing all of this "fun."  :-)

I too have these pains.  I went to the hospital 4 time for everything from appendix to kidney stones with no answers for the cause of the pain.  I know now though and it hurts like heck.

I have gone up to 7 months at a time unable to achieve the big "O".  Just not much sensation down there.  There was a 3 week period in November where I had a sensation like a vibrating cell phone in my perennium.

They are awfully painful. It's so painful I can't stand up or walk when it's happening. Moving just intensifies it. I used to think it was a kidney stone passing. But there was no back pain with it. I've had them for years and never knew what they were. It feels like someone has grabbed a hold of my insides and is squeezing with all their force. Having some urinary symptoms here too, but have cystitis so it all gets complicated and confused. Nobody has ordered a thoracic MRI yet, so I have no idea if there are lesions in that area. But there are no lesions showing up on the other two MRIs. Who knows.

I have severe spasms, too. I haven't had them in a little bit, so hopefully this doesn't jinx me.  Mine are so strong, when they come on they literally lift me out of my seat.
And, like Victoria, I am not harvesting any STDs or not pregnant or anything like that.  I think it's probably related to my spinal lesion. It's definitely NOT fun!

I also get painful spasms down there!! Where I would feel like something was up there jabbing me painfully.  Sounds weird, but I don't know any other way to explain it!  I have no STDs nor have I and I'm not pregnant and have very good hygiene.  I haven't brought it up to my doctor, but will to my neuro when I go on the 31st.  It's just embarrassing and  my old doctor thought it was all in my head anyway so I didn't even bother bringing it up.  But I've also been having bladder & bowel problems.  Like I can't empty my bladder all the way, takes me a while to start going or all of a sudden I will feel like I am going to pee my pants!!  It's definitely something you should bring up to your doctor(s).
Good luck!
