No. Negative LP, a few brain lesions, clean spine. Neuro 2 describes my exam as "abnormal"--hyperreflexia with clonus, +rombergs, etc. Sigh.
Bio
Have you had an SSEP? It might be the next step, along with some 3T MRIs.
No, no 3T. I emailed neuro2 to say that for the next MRI, I want a 3T. We have a couple within an hour of where we live.
Bio, have you had a 3T MRI of the c-spine?
I frequently get buzzing of my feet and knees. I just had an MRI come back clear of the c-spine and t-spine, but it was on a .7 Tesla, so the results are suspect.
I think that makes sense to me. I don't have a DX yet and what is happening with me may not be ms I do however have Lhermitte's for me this is almost always been a constant I do have days where i am shock free but this is my most common symptom along with the spasms in my calves. I attribute my constant shocks to the fact that in my line of work i am constantly bending my neck down as a work in a nursing home. mostly i experience this in my legs and arms once up my spine but it was during a bad spell before i went to hospital and was put on nortriptyline. I have had the buzzing sensations mostly in my stomach area one point it was my feet but again that was during a bad spell (relapse/exhasperation)
I can't say if it has to do with demylination though and am due for my brain MRI at the end of january maybe something will turn up from that hopefully someone can answer directly if these sensations are directly related to demyelination sorry couldnt be much help but at least you know someone else is having the same things
