Enlargement of new lesion?

Hi Everyone,

I always order my doctor's notes from my appts. I just received my notes from my neuro appt that I had in November.
He said my symptoms could "correspond to an enlargement of new lesion on the cervical spine."  I had an MRI in Oct on my c-spine.

I'm not for sure if I get what he's saying. Has anyone heard this terminology before? I would think that my lesion would either be new or be enlarged - not both.  Any ideas??

Thank you!!!
Kelly

Well, I guess that's probably why they said about a year ago that the one in my t-spine looked bigger on my 2nd MRI of my t-spine.
Interesting....
Thanks Bob.
