Sorry you had to increase your dose - when I was on baclofen, I found there really was no immediate solution for the drowsy except time. The longer I was on it, the better it got...
Now I have to follow that with perhaps I got better at managing the drowsy, or that side effect minimized over time.
What never left me though was the "heavy" this is not comparable to drowsy as you know -- took a whole lot more of my energy to get myself and my arms and legs around haha.
Hope you adjust to the 30, and can keep your chin up in church ; ) And, that you do not have to increase any further.

I'm on it, but only one tablet at bedtime, since staying asleep is a problem, and when I do wake up, I'm just so bloody stiff. I tried one during the day as an experiment, and it was all I could do to not drool on my keyboard. Not good.
So, no help on how to combat it, sorry. But I am curious, how does spasticity manifest for you? For me it's low back mainly, and general stiffness in legs.
