Lesions only on spine?

Hi there, does anyone ONLY have lesions on spine?  Anyone with really bad lower back pain?  Other than the tingling numbness, burning stuff, etc etc, I have been having serious lower back pain forever!  Since April I've also had these cyst like things on my lower back that seem to have mulitplied.  Anyone else???

Love to all!

Thank you all SO VERY MUCH for all of your comments.  You have been so helpful and I appreciate you all very much.  No I have no clue what these cysts are.  They haven't really been the topic of conversation with my doctors.  I'm frustrated a bit at this point because my MRI of the brain was not performed with the MS protocol and the doctor is telling me an MRI of the spine is unnecessary.  I really would like for them to do that.  I asked from day one before the MRI of the brain was scheduled.  So far I've had the brain MRI, an EEG and VEP which all came back negative according to the receptionist in the neuro's office.  I don't get to have a sit down conversation until January, but the neuro said he wanted to discuss a treatment plan.  Any thoughts or suggestions????  I have no clue what is going to happen.

My friend who was diagnosed just months after I was, only has lesions in her spine - no brain lesions at all.  She has had quite a work up with MRI over the past few years and again, no brain lesions.  They had no problem diagnosing her with MS without the brain lesions. She does have back pain too. She is only in her 20s so, don't think it is from aging.

The cyst issue is not one I am familiar with. I don't think I've heard anyone talk about it before.

Hope you are finding the comments helpful.

Hi My name is barbara,
I get my mri of the t spine  and cspine Tues the 21st. My neuro thinks i have lesions there because of the leg tremors and weakness and cordination, I fall to the right. But I can say that my toes on right foot are starting to curl under alot and and of course all the other weird feelings

The pain I have in my back got really bad a few weeks ago its so tight it even hurt to move my arm and when I put my chin to my chest I dont feel electric shock I feel sharp pain shoot down my back but in the spine not my whole back.
My constant pain is between the shoulder blades not lower back, But I dont know if that means anything, good luck

I have really bad lower back pain as well. If you have lesions only on your spine, would you only have pain in your lower back because of it?
I also get that crazy , spasming pain in my  upper back which is very debilitating.

Have you been told what the cysts are?  Back pain is horrible, but you need to rule out  many things to find it's source.  What are they saying now?

Yes, you can have MS with lesions only on your spine.  There have been a few members of the board that complain of lower back pain.  I don't think cysts have anything to do with MS but I could be wrong.
