There can be other issues than MS. I always run things by my GP first. That said it could be MS. Does he have a nurse or PA you can talk to? Sometimes they are better about symptoms. He might have thought he would see something on the optic nerve or brain stem with those symptoms. MRIs do not always correlate with symptoms.

Based on your post, I find it beyond perplexing that any Neurologist would state, "everything looked great" if he / she reviewed the radiology report with that Indication & without some follow-up discussion. Are you aware if the Neurologist reviewed the report? Or are you under the care of a physician specializing in MS, General Neurology or was this your GP since you stated "my Dr" (?) Just a little unclear with the information provided.
