spasm, squinting group

Hi everyone,  I just wanted to say thanks to Quix!  My right foot big toe has been spasming and drove me crazy and someone said you suggested magnesium  and it works for me.  Sometimes it feels like it is going to spasm and I try like crazy to relax it and it has worked so well.  It says on the bottle not to take it within 2 hours of your meds because it is a mineral and I am very careful... So thank you everyone!  I continually read the post if I dont get behind to far.  I have been gone for about a week.  I have had some good days and today I find myself very tired - but...I have been really busy.  Thanks all, Lynette

Thanks, Moki,  I do love this group the help and encouragement.  The wondering what is wrong with you just about drives you crazy!  It sure takes along time to find out what is going on - never had this problem before.  Thanks again, Lynette

I'm glad you were able to find some relief. That's great!! This forum is so good for not only the support but advice in helping one find a break from the quirks. Sorry though that you are feeling tired. Hope that passes soon.

Moki
