As info, Segs are Neutrophils, a type of white blood cell. They can be on the higher end of the normal percentage for a lot of reasons including stress.
I am a laboratory scientist with 10 years doing CBC's. . I would not be concerned about these results.
I do not know what scale they were using. I have heard of SED but not SEGS. SED is inflammation.
