Sorry I know this is a bit late, but better late than Never...Right??

I know you all understand, that the past Month of October has been rather difficult..

So lets get our list started.. and if I missed anyone in October... Please forgive my oversight... I want to wish you a belated Happy Birthday and wish for you the best year ever...

Here in the States we celebrate all the things we are Thankful for.. Even with the huge losses I have just had, I still have so much to be Thankful for, Being a part of this wonderful group is high on my list...

I was actually born on Thanksgiving.    What a TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!            LOL

On one job I had years ago there was a pot-luck birthday lunch in a large meeting room once a month to celebrate the birthdays for those in the building having one - and, when November came around it sorta freaked a few people - those who follow such things as the stars, horoscopes, etc. - made them edgy that there were so many Scorpios in the building.  I thought it was funny.  

When I mentioned that there were 3 in our family, one person told me (a bit too authoratatively) that one should _never_ marry anyone with the same sign, _especially_ Scorpios.  I thought it was a bit late for that, given how long we'd been married :-) and, especially in a town where our number of years together was a minor miracle compared to the apparent average.

In my family the birthdays tend to run on the same day of the month instead of the same month. Mom Feb 14, Sister May 14, Mine Nov 14. This year I will be 40 since I'm counting backward from 100. :)

My husband's birthday was Sunday, Nov. 1 - - mine is Sunday, Nov. 15 - - our daughter's is Nov. 21 - - & our son's is Nov. 27   =   _3_, yes 3(!) Scorpios in the family :-) & 1 Saggitarius.

Well as you know it's Etiennes Birthday tomorrow, mine is on the 11th Nov. and my eldest is on the 21st.  All Scorpians :))))  We sure do have plenty of them in the South of France:)))))  Scorpians I mean and not us:))))))

Tomorrow is my birthday, the 4th. I was spoiled this weekend with good family, food, and friends. I am working tomorrow.

Hubby and kids gave me a GPS, since I get lost, OFTEN. However, I used it for the 1st time yesterday, and STILL got lost. (Hubby gave me the wrong address for the scout shop!). Guess it is only as good as the person who puts the address in!

I also was given tickets to see the play Wicked. I am excited about this.

It is a fun time of year for us. 2 of my kids have November birthdays, and we make a big deal about these special days in our house.
