Comparison

I am interested in comparing the symptoms of MS with the symptoms of prolonged drug use. My Father was diagnosed with MS a few years back, but my step mother neglected to tell the Doctors of his history of drug abuse. I am just curious as to how it may have affected his diagnosis. Any resources available to help compare these are appreciated.

Hi sagenicole - If you post your question as a new thread you will get lots of opinions.  This is an old conversation anddoesn't quite relate to your quesiton.

The UK MS site has a great DMD decision aid - it walks you through the options and the side effects and your life style choices and charts the various choices for you.

I have this bookmarked at home so I will look for it there.  In the meantime, would you copy your question and begin a new post?

my best,
Lulu

I was wondering if anyone new a website where I could go and see comparisons in the different MS drugs, Avonex, Copaxone, Rebif, and Betaseron. I am interested in the success, side effects and anything that would be beneficial in helping us to decide which drug to choose.
