Yeah, I would make a good MS nurse!
Hey, no surprise, my MS nurse said just about exactly the same thing as you. :o)
She's going to ask Dr. C. about my question about lactic acid build-up and a way to reduce the length of my aching, asked if I would consider a new med for it.
I assured her that my aches and fatigue aren't discouraging me, but I wouldn't mind treating them until I get used to these Avonex injections.
I did tease her about the side effects lasting longer than the 24 hours "she promised", since she had told me a story about a person with the worst case side effects that used that phrase. She laughed, said it was nice to know I was listening so well.
She'll also discuss the foot and calf cramping, and told me to try and keep those areas warm; use my fuzzy socks and a lap blanket.
This afternoon and evening I'm going to two soccer matches out in the cold and rain; I'll wear my fuzzy socks, rain gear, and use a lap blanket that has a water-proof coating on one side (from the Zoo Concerts). I should take a picture; I'm sure I'll be lovely, lol!

Personally I doubt that gentle aerobic exercise would increase the interferon reaction.
One way to test it, though, would be to change up your exercise schedule with regard to your shot.

Thanks, dear one. I know you've got your own concerns; you're so nice to reach out to me.
I'm glad that the Gabepentin is helping reduce your pain. I know how wearing pain can be, and how wonderful it can be to lessen that pain. Like when Tegretol helps my nerve pain, but this is different.
I just ate some mint chocolate Kisses to see if they could help...did taste good...pain still there, darn. :o)
hugs,
Kathy
