Could this be thebeginning of Water work problems

Ok I have as long as I can remember been the type that when I need to go to the toilet the moment I'm the bathroom I need to go pretty fast.

Well things have changed. I get quite a bit of tingling down below which I maybe getting confused with the need to go, but when I go to the bathroom most of the time only a small amount of urine comes out not gushing at all, it's a very different feeling to what I am use to. But I have also noticed that if I ignore the feeling down below I seem to leak a bit.
This is not the type you get when you sneeze or jump. I don't even know I've done it until see the wet pants, it is only a small amount but I wondered if this was a sign of things to come.
I would value anyones advise on this

Like most women, we will put up with this until it becomes an impossible situation.  I hope you don't wait quite that long.

A neurogenic bladder can create problems when you least expect them.  My urogyno also says the problems will also go away (only to usually come back).  I am happy to report that after almost 18 months,    my problems have been gone for the past week or so.  I'm still doing the drugs and the cath routine, but there is no urgency, leakage, any of that!

There are a couple really good health pages on this subject- Quix put a lot of time into them and I hope you will read them.

Feel free to ask all the quesitons you want!
be well, Lulu

I get this too!  I have bladder urgency and a bit of what they call 'stress incontinence' - the leaking when you cough or sneeze.  I also have times when I feel like I have to go, but it's like I'm a water balloon with the knot tied - nothing's coming out.  Lately I've been having cramps/spasms in that area, which ain't fun.  And I've had quite a bit of frequency lately - going eight times in eight hours, for instance.

I would keep track of your symptoms.  I haven't deemed mine bad enough to seek help.  I know some people have taken bladder control medication, with mixed results.  There's also self-cathing, which is the insertion of a tube in your urethra - it bypasses those muscles.  And botox, which I think Quixotic1 is about to try - she's really having a hard time of it right now.

And there's always bladder control pads!  Pantiliners all the way up to undergarments.

The good news (?) is that I've had these symptoms for three years, and they haven't gotten any worse, or any better.  So I would just wait and see what happens!
