Sorry you are going through all of this ...I'm in the same boat but my lovely limbo started about 6 months ago ...I 'm starting to reach my maximum frustration level but I'm really trying  to stay positive but some days it's so hard....My symptoms seem to be getting worse and adding more to my list.......Rewinding back 6 months ago with some blurry vision and feeling off balance I would never think I would be at this point.....I hope you get answers soon ...and for all of those who are stuck in limbo land I hope we all find answers.

I hear you loud in clear .......it's beyond frustrating....

I hope you have a good night

Neurology time is slower than normal time. Many of us take years for an answer. There are about 800 neurological disorders and over 30 MS mimics. It is not easy being in limbo. I was lucky I grew up with MS and thought it was normal to have double vision, vertigo, left side weakness, cognitive issues and pain. I was sent to neurological clinics several times in childhood in the 1960's, on into the 1970's, they just figure brain damage. When MS was first mentioned in 2007 it took two years of tests for the diagnosis and all the blood work was negative and all the MS tests were positive  all along so go figure.

I hope you find your answer sooner than later. It helped me to find out I was not being treated than most people.

HEY MARY,

IT SURE DOES SUCK BEING STUCK IN LIMBO!

SO MANY THINGS WEIGH IN TO MAKE THIS SUCH A DIFFICULT PROCESS FOR SOME.

OFTEN TIMES, DOC'S SKILL AND CONFIDENCE ARE AT PLAY, BUT SO MANY IN LIMBO JUST HAVE TEST AFTER TEST COME BACK NORMAL.  SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE GOT ATLEAST THE NORMAL TESTS WHICH ARE NOT HELPING TO SORT IT OUT.

ARE YOU CONFIDENT IN YOUR DOCTOR?  IF NO, PERHAPS IT'S TIME FOR A SECOND OPINION?

BEST OF LUCK,

XO MICHELLE
