Hi Gramma, and welcome to the forum!! You've found a great place, with wonderful people. We're here to support you while you are going through all these scary and confusing things.
Do you know what strength machine your MRI was done on? And if it was done with MS protocol, with and without contrast? Most times the MRI is done on a 1.5T machine, but from what I've learned here on this forum, the 3T is more powerful and can be better for getting the true picture.
I am undx as are many of our other members, we call ourselves limbolanders....welcome!
Hopefully you will have more testing and get out of limboland quickly.
I agree with Debbie, find a good neuro!! An MS specialist would probably be best. Can you get your primary physician to refer you? If you don't know of a MS Specialist, just call your local MS Society and they will usually have a list of these neuro's.
I wish you the best, and am really glad you found our little forum family, we are glad you are here and we're looking forward to helping you and getting to know you better.
For more knowledge about MS and many of what we call mimics of MS, check out our health pages. Just click on the icon in the upper right hand side of the page. There are many great and informative articles here that might help you to understand more of what is happening to you.
Take care,

Hi Gramma,
Did you have any tests done? A Cat Scan of MRI or anything? Do you have a good ER near you? I would start by going to ER see what they find out and ask them to refer you to a good Dr. You need to try and de-stress yourself and the only way to do that is with answers. Keep us posted!

Hi Gramma,
Well, 1st things 1st, I would get a new Dr. One who will dig to find out what could be going on. Did this Dr. suggest or mention anything about your exam? Did you get a thorough exam?
I'm so sorry you are going through this, and that you are scared, but I'm glad you found us here. You will make so many new friends, and learn a lot.
Do you have your reports from your testing?
See you around real soon -
Shelly
