Fatigue, Left Side Numbness, Right Side Fatigue

I'm a 33 yr male in good health according to yearly physicals and blood work.  For the past few months I've been fatigued.  I feel it in my legs mostly but I think this is due to being on my feet a lot at work..  After about 3 weeks of fatigue, one night within 10 minutes my left side of my body went somewhat numb head to toe. Even above eyebrow.  Pulling hair still hurt but sensation was less than right.  GP send me for a MRI.  Everything came back normal and 95% of the numbness was gone.   I really don’t seem to have any loss of strength according to myself, PT wife, and GP doctor.  My legs/knees have that sensation of weak at the knees but not really weak.  Fatigue is better now after 2 months but not great.  Left side numbness seems to also come and go differently each day with none some days and a little others.   Mostly on the outside of the lower left leg.  As a side note I’ve had a reoccurring restless leg/arm on my right side for 10+ years.  Not sure what cause this but I have more muscle mass on the left side and I’m right handed.  Not significant but enough for me and my wife to notice If I point it out.  I fatigued quicker on the right working out and doing yard work.   B12, folic acid, Lymes, RA all normal.  Testosterone was 260.  On the lower side but not clinically low.  Neuro physical exam was all normal. EMG and nerve test on the left side and right leg all normal.  Overall I feel better than I did 2 months ago but the right side of my body seems to fatigue more so than it use to.  I feel this from head to toe on the right side but no numbness.  Any ideas????

The neuro testing was done by both a gp and neruo. I will get a copy of the report.  The mri was at a large hosptial so I would imagine it was adquate.  The neuro says wait a couple of months and if it isn't better she's going to send me to a neuro-muscluar dr.  I've had the right side feeling for 15 or so years. It just seemeD to get worse at the same time the fatigue got bad and never went away even though the fatigue is better

Hi there,

What did the doc recommend from here? You mention MRI normal, but do you have a copy of the report? To know what strength the machine was?

My thoughts are that if the regular doc does not have a course of action to find out why this happening, that you need to be referred to a specialist. Did the GP do the neuro testing?
Welcome to the forum - hope we can help.
