Hand Tremors getting worse

My hand tremors have been getting worse.  I have noticed that when I am feeling especially fatigued they seem to really peak.  I start feeling that buzzing all in my body and like I am internally shaking.  Then my hands start shaking.  The other evening I was trying to cook dinner and my right hand would start uncontrollably shaking if I lifted it in ther air and tried to support the weight of my arm against gravity, or if I was holding anything.  It was a VERY noticeable shaking, to the point that I had to stop cooking and let someone else take over.  It continued as I tried to eat my dinner and lift my fork up to my mouth, etc.  After I rested for a while things started to subside.  When I am not holding something and my arms are at rest my hands just shake a little (more noticeable to me rather than an onlooker).  I was not stressed out or having anxiety about anything the day this happened.  It was a rather relaxed day, I just was having a rough bout with my symptoms that day.  Also, I have noticed my grip getting much worse.  I just tried to open the Cascade bottle to add some detergent to my dishwasher.  The top is one of those that you have to squeeze the sides as you are twisting it to get the top off.  I tried for a minute or two and could not get it open.  Finally, I really focused and used all of my energy and got it open.  This is something that used to be such an easy thing for me.  Kinda scary.  Has anyone else been experiencing these problems?

I have been to see a psychiatrist that I was referred to and luck had it that the guy I was due to see was off sick, and the Dr I saw was a specialist in Chronic Fatigue and MS etc...  How mad is that!

Anyway, he said that my problems are neurological and not psychological, however stress is making me feel worse.

He has told me that he is writing a letter of recommendation to my GP that I see an neurologist immediately!

He said my symptoms are consistent with a number of things and they need to find out what - be it CFS, MS or even a brain tumor which scares the sh*t out of me!

But he is confident that is more linked towards MS for the pain I get.

I have had that before.  I get a warm feeling, especially funnily enough when I was pregnant and I would get it down my leg, and I'd stop and check to see if there was a "wet patch" and there was nothing there.  But I do get that sometimes, I've had it before the pregnancy too.

My shaking happens mostly when I get up in the morning and come downstairs, I make myself a herbal tea and have a cigarette (naughty I know) and as soon as I have had that cigarette I shake a lot!

I know I should quit, I found it easier to quit sugar than to quit smoking, how crazy is that.

I get pain also in my wrists when I type at the moment.  Just in my right hand and shoulder.

Spoke to a doctor on the phone about my results today, not my regular doctor, one of the others at the practice and he actually AGREED at that I need an MRI.  He's calling me later with a full list of the rest of my results!

I forgot to add another thing that happened to me for the first time the other day.  I was shopping with my family at an outdoor mall and it was a particularly hot and humid day.  I had on shorts and the heat was still really getting to me.  As I went in and out of stores I kept noticing a strange sensation on my legs.  I know this is going to sound crazy, but it felt like I was urinating down my leg!  Ofcourse, I knew I wasn't, but the sensation was so odd I kept looking at my leg to see if there was some type of liquid running down it.  I checked to see if maybe I was just perspiring so much that it had begun to run down.  There was no obvious perspiration on my legs.  I felt my leg to see if it was wet, and it was dry.
