I dont know if you remember me, but, a year ago, I was diagnosed with somatoform disorder.. I was told at first it looked like MS, from my MRI, but then was told that they saw nothing, and they were wrong... well, I still think that the diagnosis of somatoform, is a crock, so I am still in limbo land... and still struggling... but I wanted to say hello... and thank you all for your prayers and support. :)

Does anyone know anything about Cymbalta? I have been on this for a week, and been doing some reasearch on it, and its fairly new in Canada... and cant find much. This is a new med, they have put me on instead of the trazadone.

I have read this post again... I had posted back in November of last year... I am going back to see my doctor again, to see if there is something else that we can revisit. I have been on Trazadone for a year now, and it hasnt worked. I stopped going to the doctors because of all the times I had been brushed off. I cant take it anymore. ... so back I go again. Thank you quix for reposting that thread. It was good to read again.

Hey!  Great to see you again.  Have you read any of our long threads debunking the diagnosis of somatoform disorder in causing complex neuro symptoms?  I think, for the most part, the use of that "diagnosis" is the product of a dull and mediocre medical mind.
