Thanks for your thoughts... I know I'm not alone thanks to this forum. It's great that we can all connect through this site.
Thanks again!

It is so frustrating to have these weird symptoms and doctors who don't seem to give us the attention we need.
Keep pushing for an explanation. You can also ask them to treat the symptoms, even without a firm diagnosis.

Could your doctor possibly be waiting for the second attack that gives him the necessary info for helping with the diagnosis? It's just a thought . . . I had a diagnosis of demyelinating disease for six months until I went in for my second MRI which showed evidence of another attack (more lesions and growth of the old ones).
Hang in there. I know how horrible it is to sit and wait while you feel so terrible--I've been there and done that . . .

>>Do the doctors just wait to see if your symptoms keep on worsening before they really look into things.
it certainly seems this way doesn't it? one of the most frustrating situations most of us will go through.
just another to say, you are not alone ...
Lik3e most others I don't have an answer. I just wanted to say you are not alone.

(((((((((((((((((((Shawnie)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I often ask the same question, and haven't yet found the answer either. I hope that answers for all of us come quickly somehow.
